日本人氣男子組合GENERATIONS成員小森隼在收錄電台節目前，於倉庫中拾獲一盒30年前寄來、寫著「大家的歌」的錄音帶。而在收錄期間，他接到一個伴隨沙沙雜音的聽眾來電：「收到…錄音帶…了嗎…？」，並在數日後失去了蹤影…
演唱會逼在眉睫，經理人‧角田凛（早見朱莉 飾）必須在三日內秘密解決事件，因而委託曾為警察的偵探‧權田繼俊（槙田雄司 飾）協助。調查間他們從成員口中得知，小森在失蹤前曾提及自電台節目收錄後，腦內一直迴盪著女聲哼歌的旋律，而成員們亦曾在綵排見過一個少女的身影。隨著期限逼近，真相逐漸浮現，並發現一切均是圍繞名為「紗奈」的少女而起。與此同時，恐怖的連鎖亦隨她所奏的「詛咒之歌」引發！
